*SPRING INTO SUMMER with YOGA RESET: This practice aims to increase strength, flexibility, and balance in your body, mind and soul, all while soothing the central nervous system. Students will learn/practice: diaphragmatic breathing/yogic breathing, asana (posture), pranayama (energy expansion and control), systematic relaxation/mindfulness, and meditation. Bring a mat, wear comfy clothes, and take away a practice you can turn to for the rest of your life. Namaste.
