March/April Schedule:

Hatha Yoga (mindful breathing, concentration, traditional poses of all levels, deep relaxation)

Thursday and Saturday Morning, 10:00am-11:00am (no class April 3rd)

Monday Night, 6:30pm-7:30pm (no class April 5th)

 

Meditation (mindful breathing, deep relaxation and seated, silent, guided, mantra meditation)

Saturday 11:30am-12:15pm (no class April 3rd)

COVID-19 DOH Protocols: Masks must be worn by both teachers and students in the building at all times (with the exception of grabbing a sip of water as needed). Limit one person in a restroom and two people in the hallway as much as possible. Mats will be at least six feet apart with the exception of persons living or arriving together. Bring your own mat and any props you like such as a blanket, eye pillow, meditation cushion, yoga block(s), knee cushion(s), etc.  Students' will answer five COVID-19 related questions before entering the sanctuary. (please stay home if you feel at all sick).  Students may register/pay online for each class individually to ensure maximum capacity is adhered to.
