Hatha Yoga (mindful breathing, concentration, traditional poses of all levels, deep relaxation)
Thursday and Saturday Morning, 10:00am-11:00am (no class April 3rd)
Monday Night, 6:30pm-7:30pm (no class April 5th)
Meditation (mindful breathing, deep relaxation and seated, silent, guided, mantra meditation)
Saturday 11:30am-12:15pm (no class April 3rd)
