*Students will learn/practice traditional Hatha Style Postures (with variations given), diaphragmatic breathing, relaxation, pranayama, and meditation taught in the Himalayan Tradition.
Classes are ongoing (with the exception of certain holidays). Walk-ins are welcome but must call/text ahead for availability. Students usually sign up for an entire session (six classes at a time, one per week). Specials available for families and/or individuals that take more than one class per week. If you know ahead of time you will be missing a scheduled class, package price can be adjusted accordingly. We are flexible :) :):) Yay, puns!
